- What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
- We’ll notify you as you approach your limit. You won’t be cut off — instead, you can upgrade or contact us for a custom plan if needed.
- Can I cancel my plan anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
- What’s included in “unlimited SDK/API usage”?
- You can make unlimited API calls for core features like barcode scanning, photo logging, voice logging, and meal-by-ingredient functionality — no token limits or metering required at this stage.
- Do you support both iOS and Android?
- Yes. Macrofy provides SDKs and documentation for both iOS (Swift) and React Native, with Android support on the roadmap.
- What happens after the free trial ends?
- You’ll be asked to choose a plan to continue using Macrofy. If you don’t upgrade, your access will pause — but your data will be saved for later.
- When will AI features be available?
- We’re currently rolling out AI-powered capabilities (like meal generation, cart planning, and scheduling) in private beta. Scale and Enterprise users will get early access first.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your needs.
- How is MAU (Monthly Active Users) calculated?
- We count a unique user once per calendar month based on activity through your app integration. You’re only charged for actual usage.
